Zepter is an Admin Building in New Cairo, is considered one of AIC mega projects which added a new value to AIC portfolio, The project’s core concept is the genius design specs, which gives the project uniqueness. From those designs, specs are having marble strips aligned with the ceiling and lighting, which gives the edge to the interior lighting and design. In addition, the glass skylight adds natural lighting to the whole building. In addition to the elegant landscape all around the building along with the classic frontage.
AIC is behind all the core values of the design. We made the project achievable. We are the ones responsible for all the structural work, landscape work, lighting system, HVAC system, firefighting, elevators, security alarms, and all interior finishing.
